Factory Inside
People will work in very different ways from today in 100 years. Even now we see a lot of people working from home due to different circumstances. Factories will have to adjust for this, and I think employees will conduct all or most of their work from their computers at home. It will all be virtual. They will transfer data to the servers in the factory which in turn will communicate with the Robots or any humans employees that are still working in the factory. This will cut cost and be way more efficient which will produce a lot more products in a shorter length of time giving a better turnover. The factories will be all powered by wind turbines or Air to water. They will all own there own which will cut costs too.
